What we collect

When you book a place we collect your full name, email address, mobile number, service branch and any notes you choose to add. We do not collect payment details because our events are free.

Why we collect it

We use it to manage numbers, to contact you if an event changes, and to make sure everyone who arrives is accounted for on the night. We do not sell or share your details with third parties.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for twelve months after the event and then deleted. You can ask us to remove your details sooner at any time by emailing firepit1664@gmail.com.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. Write to us and we will respond within one month.

Terms of attendance

• Bookings are for named individuals; please book a place for each person attending.
• If you can no longer attend, let us know so we can offer your place to someone else.
• Open fires are dangerous — follow the instructions of the volunteers on site at all times.
• Under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• We may ask anyone behaving unsafely or abusively to leave.
